Tidy Housing Group (T.H.G) was founded by Juan Garcia in 2017. He originally started out by buying, renovating and flipping homes. He eventually found his way into the short term rental space in late 2019 when he learned about airbnb and the potential for earning “passive” income . Although he found out very quickly that there was nothing passive about it! He would learn that running a short term rental operation is no small matter, and it can be very time consuming! Juan started out in the airbnb arbitrage space by speaking with landlords and getting permission to run his operation out of their units, this allowed him to gain valuable experience in the field and learn how to set his units apart from the others in a highly competitive space! Overtime he discovered unique strategies that allowed him to consistently achieve top dollar, month after month! In 2021

T.H.G. decided to start focusing on Homes instead of multi family units and apartments for short term rentals. The added amenities and space to accommodate larger families allowed us to maximize the profitability in the best niche for short term rentals. POOL HOMES. With this new specialization with Pool Homes and the added experience in curating lasting experiences for families, T.H.G. was able to grow their clientele and overall co-hosted units to over 30 units!
